- If you request a cancellation before 48 hours of the scheduled course, you will receive a refund in full.

- If you request a cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled course, you will receive a refund, minus a 25% cancellation fee.

- If you do not request a cancellation, or fail to show up for the course with no notice, you will receive a refund, minus a 50% cancellation fee.
